Following posts are to be filled up on
purely temporary basis at ICMR Hqrs. Office, New Delhi under the study entitled
“National Retinoblastoma Registry” in Division of Reproductive Health & Nutrition,
ICMR HQs, New Delhi – 29.

Name of the Post: Research Officer - One (Medical / Non-Medical)
Preferable
Medical with genetic background
Age
: Up to 35 years (relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)
Salary
: Consolidated @ Rs. 43,489/-(Medical) / Rs.33306/-(Non Medical) Plus 30% HRA ( In the minimum scale of Rs.
15600-39100+5400 grade pay)
Qualification
: MBBS/1st class M. Sc. / Master’s degree in related discipline with 3 years
research
in genetics / teaching experience after completing internship.
Desirable
: Good knowledge of English language. 1-3 years work experience in genetic
projects.

Name of the Post : Statistician - One
Age
: up to 35 years (relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)
Salary
: 27,397/- (Consolidated)
Qualification
: Postgraduate in Biostatistics/Statistics/Sociology with Statistics as paper; knowledge
of computer software/applications (MS-Word, Excel, Power point,SPSS,
etc.)
Desirable
: Good knowledge of English language. 1-3 years work experience in health projects.
Nature
of Duties: Data Management and analysis, preparing reports, literature review,
handling
correspondence
& communications work and Data Management.

Name of the post : Data Entry Operator –Grade-B (One)
Age
: Up to 28 years (relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)
Salary
: Rs. 18,360/-
Qualification
: Graduation + 1 year Computer Certificate/Diploma
Desirable
: Good knowledge of English language. 1-3 years work experience in health
projects.
Nature
of Duties : Data Entry, Handling correspondence & other administrative
work.
The
post is to be filled up on purely temporary basis. The duration of the post is
for one year.
The
appointment can be terminated with one month notice from either side without
assigning any reason. Since the post is purely temporary, the incumbents
selected will have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR or continuation
of his/her services in any other project. Benefit of provident fund, HRA, CCA,
Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc. is not applicable. Age relaxation
is for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per Govt. Rules. No TA/DA etc. will be
given to attend the walk – in – personal discussion.

Ansari Nagar, New Delhi – 110 029 on 5th September, 2012 at 10.30 A.M.
There
will be a written test for 30 minutes
for the post of Data Entry operator , 1st batch 9:00 to 9:30 A.M. and 2nd batch
9:30 to 10:00 A.M. The total marks will be 50. Only top ten candidates shall be
called for the interview.
Working
Station for above mentioned posts National Institute of Pathology (NIP) is
located
in the Safdarjung Hospital Campus.
Those
