Job Description

Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities of the Senior Analyst role involve the following:
- Review and analyze documents in large corpora to assess relevancy vis-à-vis project requirements
- Rapid synthesis and understanding of unfamiliar subject matter areas
- Identifying key content using 3rd party and proprietary Information Retrieval (IR)/search software
- Proactive identification and elaboration of key trends and risks related to projects
- Timely and comprehensive communication and documentation of findings and proposals
- Active contribution to planning, efficiency, and quality control related tasks/initiatives
- Active involvement in solution and workflow design based on project requirements
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with a steep learning curve, where senior analysts are expected to deliver quality results on a wide variety of project environments, all the while updating their skills and developing their leadership acumen.

Who should applyFormal Education
- A Bachelors degree at minimum or a post graduate degree
- Specific field of study is less important as H5 encourages a skillfully diverse employee population
- Current team members have advanced degrees in areas as diverse as Law, Linguistics, Psychology, Biology,Economics, and Information Science.
- 6+ years experience (preferred in applying research and analysis skills in developing business solutions)
- Relevant post-graduate work and research can apply to baseline work experience requirement
- Strong exposure to ITES and a fast paced work environment
